As a high-performing, results-driven, analytical person, it’s no wonder Bernard started NTS and built it into the successful managed service provider it is today.

In his own words, Bernard states that he “simply supports his management team.” The industry states otherwise, as Bernard provides the leadership and business knowledge based on his more than 30+ years of corporate marketing and management experience from companies such as IBM and Xerox.

Just some of the awards and recognition Bernard has received in recent years include Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year, the Richmond Times Dispatch Rising 25 Award and Virginia Business’ Fantastic 50 Award. Under his helm, NTS has been named a DiversityBusiness.com Top 100 Diversity Owned Business for multiple years and one of the Inc 500 Fastest Growing Companies.

Bernard’s current community service includes Chair of the IT Advisory Board at Virginia State University, Virginia State University Executive Council, Chamber RVA Board of Directors, Metropolitan Business League Board, Management Round Table (MRT) Executive Committee, CEO Council of Virginia Advisory Committee, Chamber RVA Board of Directors, and the Richmond Friends of the Homeless Board. This University of Pennsylvania graduate is also a Grandmaster in Taekwondo and an International Referee. Hobbies include Martial Arts, CrossFit, golf, jogging and real estate investing.
